Staff Wellbeing Pillars

Satchel Pulse uses automated surveys to build a picture of school wellbeing. We base these surveys on several key areas of wellbeing, also called Pillars. These Pillars represent the building blocks of that bigger picture, the core elements that make up school life. By breaking down wellbeing into Pillars, Satchel Pulse is able to give you detailed insights on the different aspects of wellbeing at the same time as ensuring the bigger picture is as comprehensive as possible.

Satchel Pulse combines extensive research with industry insights to develop the Pillars for each group. They are based on literature reviews, interviews with education professionals, expert input and analysis of existing frameworks.

Staff Wellbeing Webinar Series

Satchel has teamed up with education expert Jon Tait to create monthly webinars that deep dive into these 8 key areas or ‘pillars’ of staff wellbeing. Gain insight into why each pillar is important, learn how to monitor staff sentiment in that area and receive actionable wellbeing strategies to improve staff wellbeing.
