Clayton has been an educator for over 20 years. He has served as an elementary - high school social studies teacher, librarian, professor, assistant principal and consultant. Dr. Barksdale specializes in social emotional learning and he's passionate about providing solutions to address the impact of fatherlessness in America's classrooms.

Joe Mullikin

Joe Mullikin is an award-winning educator, consultant, speaker, and leader. He currently serves as the principal at Highland Elementary School in Northern Illinois. In addition, he served as the Director of Data and Assessment and Continuous Improvement for the Meridian school district and teaches adjunct for Judson University.
